Advice…

• If adding notes from websites etc. – less is better

• If getting information from research sheets…make sure you DO SOMETHING with the information. Make a judgement about it.

• E.g. if you have stats written such as “55% Scots support independence” then make sure in your write up you say something like “This is a clear majority for independence and shows that…”

• Number each source, Appendix 1, Appendix 2 etc.

• Then in your write up if you refer to a source on your research sheets, put in brackets afterwards: (Appendix 1) or (Appendix 2)

• You can annotate your sheets – highlight, add brief notes etc…see next slide…
