The GemLife team is eagerly anticipating the Pacific Paradise VIP launch event later in August at Twin Waters Golf Club. I look forward to meeting and talking to future residents in person about our new premium Sunshine Coast over 50s resort.

Last month we were very proud to have our beautiful GemLife clubhouses at Bribie Island and Highfields take the honours at the Master Builders Queensland Housing & Construction Awards 2019 in the Downs & Western and Brisbane regions. Both country clubs won the Community Service Facilities category for their regions and will be automatically entered in the State awards to be held in November. The awards recognise excellence and innovation in their categories and mark GemLife’s first at this prestigious annual event. GemLife Pacific Paradise’s country club will be modelled upon the Bribie Island and Highfields concepts, with some exclusive features unique to the site. It will be an exceptional, first-class facility that truly offers something for everyone.

With council approvals for civil works finalised and construction on the Sales Experience Centre under way, the GemLife team is excited to see the Pacific Paradise resort take shape.
