• CERT wishes to be an on-campus resource to this office and this campus. We are prepared to assist and advise on those University initiatives and projects that logically will benefit from the involvement of our architectural and engineering faculty, staff and students.

• CERT desires to continue establishing itself off-campus as a community and civic resource for the public and private sectors in the area of energy conservation and environmental safeguarding through design strategies and implementation.

• CERT remains committed to improving the teaching, research and campus life of the A & T experience.
