Congratulations, guys! You’re all topshelf, gold medalists in our book.

With the consistency of chocolate sauce, you bet it’s okay to pour this Modena, Italy import over a pile of ice cream. Use it as a marinade, too, but don’t write off its sweet, syrupy flavor until you’ve covered veggies, swordfish, chicken, and pineapple sliceswith it and thrown them mercilessly onto a hot grill.

5 WAYS TO USE BALSAMIC GLAZE1. Delight your guests by drizzling

balsamic on skewers of melon, prosciutto, and mozzarella.

2. Take your grilled cheese to the next level with roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, and balsamic glaze.

3. Add a tasty twist to salmon with balsamic glaze and spices.

4. Balsamic glazed pearl onions provide pizzazz for the perfect side dish.

5. Nothing is more delicious than sweet, juicy fruit with this tasty balsamic glaze. Pour on peaches and vanilla ice cream for a decadent dessert.
