NHCASA Loses a Great Friend
NHCASA board member Chuck Turbiville
passed away October 20, 2018. Chuck
served on the NHCASA board from 2010
until his death. Though he was a very
busy man, serving as mayor for the City
of Deadwood and as state representative
for Lawrence County, he still made time to
attend board meetings and CASA events.
Chuck’s favorite activity was helping out
at the Days of ‘76 Rodeo, where NHCASA
worked the VIP bar for tips. Chuck’s
