Faehnle, M.D. Vice President Medical Staff THANK YOU MEDICAL STAFF MEMBERS!!!! As you may know, we recently had our triennial Joint Commission On-Site visit. It was a huge success! It was no surprise that the surveyors said our physicians were ‘definitely engaged’ in patient care, citing attention to detail with documentation, procedural practices and team work with staff as some of the best they had seen. Our only Medical Staff-related findings were for a surgeon’s use of the prohibited “Resume all medication” order and a documentation issue for “Immediate Reassessment of a Patient prior to a surgical or invasive procedure”.
