only Medical Staff-related findings were for a surgeon’s use

of the prohibited “Resume all medication” order and a

documentation issue for “Immediate Reassessment of a

Patient prior to a surgical or invasive procedure”.

THANK YOU for your commitment to Quality Patient Care!

contracts are still valid. To verify who is associated with a specific Medical Staff

member’s HIN account, click on the “authorized users” icon when logging

onto HIN to review and verify employees. Please click the “remove access”

button if the person is no longer employed so they can be removed from the

physician’s account.

Beginning in the evening of February 16, some tile removal and new tile installation will take place in the

Parker Wing elevator lobbies. At various times, for patient and visitor safety, one or possibly two elevators

may be out of service.

EMR presentations will be held at Section meetings

during the next six months. Timelines for implementation
