เทคโนโลยีมาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพ เพื่อใช้เป็น

ฐานข้อมูลระดับชาติ (National Health Information) และ

ภายใน 1 ปี ตั้งเป้าหมาย มีหน่วยงานกลาง ในการจัดทําธุรกรรมการ
