Telemarketing industry’s main medium to reach and persuade customers is through the telephone. If you’re involved in telemarketing, you know how important every phone calls you do during your working hours. Each phone call should be handled carefully. himself when the phone is answered. It is regarded as disrespectful to just ask somebody else without first introducing one's self. In that case, the caller unfortunately happened to make a lousy impression to the person on the other line.

Telephone etiquette is very important in telemarketing in order to set off a favorable sales process. During the first 10 seconds of conversation is the moment the customer builds impression toward the caller or the telemarketer. The point is, any telemarketer or (simply just anyone) should always be at their best when making or answering a phone call. It simply shows professionalism.

Having that telemarketing skills, plus using telephone etiquette will surely nail a sale. It’s always an opportunity whenever a prospect customer answer your call that’s why you should not forget the proper telephone etiquette.
