Issues with Tables 16.5.2.9 and 16.5.2.10 –
o Tables 16.5.2.9 & 16.5.2.10 allows for the storage of Class II & III liquids.
o Footnote (2) below 16.5.2.9 and footnote (1) below 16.5.2.10 require the IBC’s belisted and labeled in accordance with UL 2368, or an equivalent procedure.
o UL 2368 uses mineral seal oil and has a cc flash point of 245 oF. This is thereforea Class III B liquid.
