Dark Brown Soft
Soft moist sugar with fine grained dark brown crystals, rich in natural molasses which gives its sticky texture, special flavour and aroma.
Dark MuscovadoSoft, fine-grained sugar with light brown crystals.
Light Muscovado
Clean and soft fine-grained sugar with light brown crystals. It has a rich aroma and a soft flavour owing to the presence of rich cane juice by a natural process
Light Brown Soft
Golden brown sugar with fine sparkling crystals enrobed in cane molasses.
Fine Demerara
BONSUGAR
Golden brown sugar with large homogeneous sparkling crystals and a crunchy, sticky texture.
Standard Demerara
Sparkling golden, dry and free flowing sugar with a subtle buttery taste.
Golden Granulated
This dry, free flowing and homogeneously granulated sugar retains all the rich flavour and the natural elements intrinsic to the sugar cane.

All of our sugars are made from cane juice through a natural process.
The product does not require a best before date (Ref. SI 1996 No. 1499, Food Labelling Regulation 1996, Part II, paragraph 22).
Bon Sugars production adopts HACCP procedures and undergoes a process of Quality Assurance to render the sugar fit for humanconsumption.
MAURITIUS - ranked second in an air quality index released by the World HealthOrganization in 2011.
FOOD SAFETY
SHELF LIFE
Store in cool, dry conditions free from rodent and insect infestation and such, as to prevent contamination from external sources. For Dark Muscovado, Light Muscovado, Dark Brown Soft and Molasses Sugar, in certain weather conditions these sugars may harden. To soften, place the sugar in a basin, cover with a damp cloth and leave overnight.
