!! Secretes a hormone which last approx 4 hours, makes its harder to step back and make rational decisions;

!! Heightens reactions, defensive, attacking……;

!! What can we learn from a true adventure that stretches us?

!! Engage in true self knowledge;

!! Develop fear management. Fear is a constant companion in the deep ocean, weather, sleep deprivation, injury, mental fatigue;

!! Define yourself;

!! Develop higher understanding of self and others;

!! Manage your feelings and thoughts;

!! Develop highly effective Team Building skills.
