Making teahot tea

1. Put tea into tea ball or tea bag and place in cup.2. Boil water and pour into cup.3. Let tea steep.4. Remove tea ball or tea bag and enjoy!

iced tea concentrate

1. Place 16 tablespoons (1/4lb) of tea in large teapouch.

2. Boil 1 gallon of water. Remove from heat whenwater starts to boil (212 degrees).

3. Place tea pouch in hot water.

4. Let tea steep for 7-10 mins.

5. Remove tea pouch, allow tea to cool to room tem-purature, and store in refrigerator.

6. Dilute 1-part tea concentrate with 2-parts waterinto a serving container.
