Java Developer

Get involved in business requirements analysis and convert into solutions. The associate is expected to understand the requirements by going through the Business Requirement Document (BRD) and discuss the gaps/doubts with the Business Analysis team for clarification. Once the requirement is understood the Associate should be able t translate the requirement in solution in form of the Solution.

Technical Operations

Help India Techcnical Team and command centre team with translation of the alert messages, raise the incidents in the tools in Spanish, create reports & translation of documents from Spanish to English and Vice Versa. Help the India team to understand the Spanish emails and to reply in professional way. Run regular activities for the maintenance and de-livery of the service.

English IT Service Desk Professional

Service desk call taking role- Provide end to end customer service. Resolving tehnical issues related to desktop, laptop, printers, Hardware, Smartphones. Intern has to take calls and provide professional IT customer support, log the tickets for the calls that they receive and provide resolutions. Technical troubleshooting skills are needed.
