I riduttori con lubrificazionepermanente sono sprovvisti deitappi de carico, livello e scarico olio.Nei riduttori per i quali è stataadottata la lubrificazione ad olio,sarà cura del cliente immettervi,prima della messa in opera, lagiusta quantità di olio. A talproposito i riduttori sono munitidei tappi di carico, livello escarico olio.Al fine di predisporre il correttoorientamento dei tappi, per unaadeguata lubrificazioneconsigliamo di precisare semprela posizione di montaggiodesiderata.

The gearboxes lubricated for lifehave no level, drain and fillingplugs.Gearboxes with oil lubricationare supplied without lubricant,with filling, level and drain plugsaccording to mounting position.They must be filled with theproper quantity of oil before theinstallation.Actual mounting position shouldbe always specified whenordering.

Les réducteurs livrés aveclubrification permanente sont dotésde bouchons de chargement,niveau et vidange huile.Dans les réducteurs pourlesquels nous avons adopté lalubrification à huile, il est remisaux soins du client, d'introduire,avant la mise en service, laquantité d'huile correcte. A cepropos, les reéducteursprévoient des bouchons dechargement, niveau et vidangehuile.Afin d'établir la juste orientationdes bouchons, nous conseillons,pour une lubrification correcte,de toujours préciser la positionde montage souhaitéè.

RODAGGIO RUNNING-IN PERIOD RODAGE EINLAUFEN RODAJE

Generalmente è consigliabilegraduare nel tempo l'aumento dellapotenza trasmessa, partendo davalori minimi, oppure porre ad essaun limite (50÷70% della potenzamassima) per le prime ore difunzionamento.

Whenever putting a band new mitinto operation a progressiveincrease of transmitted power isadvisable. Alternatively, limiting oftransmitted power to 50-70% ofmax rating for the first runninghours is also suggested.

MANUTENZIONE MAINTENANCE ENTRETIEN WARTUNG MANTENIMIENTO

I riduttori lubrificati con oliosintetico non necessitano di alcunamanutenzione. Quando il riduttore,resta per lungo tempo inattivo inambiente con una elevatapercentuale di umidità, consigliamodi riempirlo totalmente di olio;logicamente il livello del lubrificantedovrà essere ripristinato quando ilgruppo sarà messo in funzione.

Gearboxes supplied with syntheticoil from factory do not requirefurther maintenance. Should thegearbox be sitting standstill for along time in a very humidenvironment we suggest to full it upwith oil. The proper level must berestored when the gearbox is newlyput back into operation.

Die mit synthetischem Schmierölarbeitenden Getriebe erfordemkeinerlei Wartung.Solte das Getriebe über längereZeit nicht laufen und in einerUmgebung mit hoher Feuchtigkeitstehen, dann empfehlen wir, esvollständig mit Öl zu füllen.Selbstverständlich muß wieder aufkorrekten Ölstand vor erneuterinbetriebnahme aufgefüllt werden.

INSTALLAZIONE INSTALLATION INSTALLATION EINBAUVORSCHRIFT INSTALACION

È molto importante, per l'installazionedel riduttore, attenersi alle seguentinorme:- Assicurarsi che il fissaggio del

riduttore sia stabile onde evitarequalsiasi vibrazione.

- Installare se si prevedono urti,sovraccarichi prolungati o possibilibloccaggi, giunti idraulici, frizioni,limitatori di coppia, ecc.

- Durante la verniciatura si consigliadi proteggere il bordo esterno deglianelli di tenuta per evitare che lavernice ne essicchi la gomma,pregiudicando la tenuta delparaolio stesso.

- Gli organi che vanno calettati suglialberi del riduttori devono esserelavorati con tolleranza ISO H7 perevitare accoppiamenti troppobloccati che, in fase di montaggio,potrebbero danneggiareirreparabilmente il riduttore stesso.Inoltre, per il montaggio e losmontaggio di tali organi siconsiglia l'uso di adeguati tiranti edestrattori utilizzando il foro filettatoposto in testa alle estremità deglialberi.

- Per gli stessi motivi di cui sopra gliorgani che vanno calettati suglialberi di uscita del variatore devonoessere lavorati con tolleranza ISOF7.

- Le superfici di contatto dovrannoessere pulite e trattate conadeguati protettivi prima delmontaggio, onde evitarel'ossidazione e il conseguentebloccaggio delle parti.

- L'accoppiamento all'albero cavo delriduttore (tolleranza H7) vienenormalmente eseguito con pernilavorati con tolleranza h6. Dove iltipo di applicazione lo richieda sipuò prevedere un accoppiamentocon una leggera interferenza (H7-J6).

- Prima della messa in funzione dellamacchina accertarsi che laposizione del livello del lubrificantesia conforme alla posizione dimontaggio del riduttore e che lavicosità del lubrificante siaadeguata al tipo del carico.

For the installation of the gearbox thefollowing guidelines should befollowed:- The gearbox to be securely bolted

to a rigid base to avoid vibrations.- If shocks, extended overloads or

- In case the gearbox is to bepainted use adhesive tape toprevent contact of paint with the oilseals.Painting of oil seals may lead topremature drying of rubber andresult into oil lakeage.

- Any gears, sprockets or pulleysbeing fitted to the input or outputshafts must have their boresmachined to ISO H7 tolerance. Theshafts are provided with threadedhole to facilitate the use of tierodswith backplate and nut to push onthe gears or sprockets being fitted.

- For the same reasons all unitskeyed onto the variator output shaftmust be machined to ISO F7tolerances.

- In order to avoid oxidation and thepossible seizing of the above parts,clean mating surfaces beforeassembly and apply water repellantgrease or similar material.

- Bore of hollow shaft of gearbox hastolerance H7, all shafts being fittedusually are machined to h6.If required for the application aninterference fit (H7-J6) can beused.

- Before operating the machine checkthat the lubricant level is correct forthe mounting position of thegearbox and the lubricant viscosityis correct for the kind of load.

Bei der Installtion des Getriebesmüssen folgende Anweisungenunbedingt beachtet werden:- Das Getriebe muß stabil befestigt

- Sollte vorauszusehen sein, daß amAntrieb Schläge, längere Überlastun-gen order Blockierungen auftretenkönnen, dann Drehmoment-begrenzer, usw. einbauen.

- Bei der Lackierung sollte der AuBen-rand der Dichtringe geschützt werden,um zu vermeiden, daß der Gummidurch den Lack austrocknet. Dieswürde zu mangelnder Dichte führen.

- Die Einheiten, die mit derAbtriebswelle des Getriebesverbunden werden, müssen mit einerToleranz ISO H7 bearbeitet werden,um zu starre Verbindungen zuvermeiden, die während der Montagezu irreparablen Schäden amGetriebe führen können. Ferner sollteder Ein- und Ausbau dieser Einheitenmit Hilfe geeigneter Zugbolzen undAuszieher an der Gewindebohrungam Ende der Wellen erfolgen.

- Auch die Einheiten, die mit derAbtriebswelle des Drehzahlwandlersverbunden werden, sollten ausobengenannten Gründen mit einerToleranz ISO F7 bearbeitet werden.

- Die Kontektflächen müssen vor derMontage sauber sein und mitangemessenen Schutzmittelnbehandelt werden, damit eineOxydation und in Folge eineBlockierung der Teile vermieden wird.

- Der Anschluß and die Abtriebs-hohlwelle des Getriebes (toleranzH7) erfolgt normalerweise mit stiften,die mit einer Toleranz h6 bearbeitetwerden. Falls erforderlich kann dieVerbindung mit einer leichtenTolleranz (H7-J6) erfolgen.

- Vor Inbetriebnahme der Maschinekontrollieren, ob dasSchmiermittelniveau derEinbauposition des Getriebesentspricht und ob dieSchmiermittelviskosität sich fur dievorgesehene Belastung eignet.

- Las piezas que vayan montadassobre los ejes del reductor debenmecanizarse con una toleranciaISO H7 a fin de evitar montajesdemasiado fuertes que puedandañar de forma importante elreductor. Ademas, para el montajey desmontaje de tales piezas, seaconseja el uso de extractoresadecuados utilizandose el agujeroroscado situado en la punta de losejes.

- Por los mismos motivos reciéncitados, los órganos que deben serensamblados en los ejes de salidadel variador deben sermaquinados con tolerancia ISO F7.

- Las superficies de contactodeberán estar limpias y protegidasantes del montage para evitar laoxidacion y el consiguientedeterioro de las piezas.

- El acoplamiento al eje hueco delreductor (tolerancia H7) debeefectuarse con ejes maquinadoscon tolerancia h6. Cuando el tipode aplicación lo requiera, puedenpreverse acoplamientos con unaligera interferencia (H7-J6).

- Antes de la puesta en marcha de lamáquina comprobar que laposición del nivel de aceite seaadecuada a la posicion de montajedel reductor y que la viscosidad dellubricante sea idonea para el tipode carga a soportar.

- Les surfaces de contact doiventêtre nettoyées et protégées contrel'oxydation pour éviter le blocagedes parties.

- La liaison avec l'arbre creux duréducteur tolérance H7) doitnormalement s'effectuer avec desarbres usinés à la tolérance h6. Làoù l'application l'exige, il estpossible de réaliser un ajustementplus serré (H7-J6).

- Verifier le niveau d'huile avant lamise en service (fonction de laposition de montage). Le viscositéde l'huile doit être adaptée au typede service.

A richiesta si può fornire il riduttoremunito di dispositivo antiretro (TA.../A- TA.../DA) che permette la rotazionedell'albero lento solo nel sensodesiderato. In fase di ordinespecificare il senso di rotazione(sinistro o destro).I riduttori TA... e TA.../D (adesclusione dei tipi: TA 25 - TA 35S -TA 30 - TA 38) nelle grandezze 40...,45..., 50..., 50..., 100..., 125..., sonogià predisposti per ricevere ildispositivo antiretro BW; per le altregrandezze (35..., 60..., 70..., 80...)dovrà essere richiesto anche ilsupporto per antiretro (A).L'applicazione può essere effettuataseguendo la successione delleoperazioni indicate:1) Smontare il cappellotto A;2) Montare la linguetta E (escluso TA

35... e TA 45...) e la boccolainterna C (escluso TA 35);

3) Nelle grandezze 40..., 45..., 50...,100..., 125..., dovrà essereapplicata la boccola esterna D;

4) Inserire la ruota libera BWnell'aggiornamento del cappellotto(o del supporto);

5) Introdurre del grasso densonell'anello e premere versol'esterno i tasselli dell'antiretro;

6) Montare il cappellotto A (o ilsupporto) introducendo il tutto conla pressione della mano eruotando il cappellotto stesso;

7) Verificare, ruotando a manol'albero in entrata del riduttore, cheil senso di rotazione sia corretto. Incaso contrario ripetere leoperazioni montando la ruotalibera nel senso opposto.

7)Verificar, girando a mano el eje deentrada del reductor, que elsentido de giro sea correcto. Encaso contrario repetir lasoperaciones montando la ruedalibre en el sentido opuesto.
