Banner has reinvented ultrasonic sensing to be

infinitely more accurate, versatile and effective in

solving som e of the nastiest app lications you face.

We have applied our industry-leading photoelectric

sensor technologies to a new line of advanced

ultrasonic se nsor s. If youve ne ver tried ultraso nic

sensor s, or if youve tried the m unsu ccessfully before,

try them again. Youll find our U-GAGE sensors to be

the most advanced and capable ultrasonics ever.

    MATERIALS HANDLING DETECTION

Product: QT50UObjective: To detect the pre sence or absence of a target that may includea non-perpendicular sensing surface.

Sensor Model : QT50U with d iscrete output.

Operat ion: In mater ials handling applications, the presence or absence of d iverse targets ( for example, pallets) must be sensed r eliably. The QT50Ucan re liably sense targets that do not pre sent a f lat, perpen dicular sensingsurface through its unique retrosonic sensing mode. When a pallet orpackage of any size or sha pe is in the sensing location , the sensor do es notsense the f loor an d turns its output ON.
