About Ind-Expo Ind-Expo Certification Limited is a public limited liability, certification and training organization,
established by the Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI) and the National Chamber of
Exporters (NCE) of Sri Lanka with the assistance from United Nations Industrial Development
Organization (UNIDO) under Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
The primary objective of the organization is to support the economic development of Sri Lanka
by providing internationally accepted, credible “Management System Certifications” and by
providing training in related areas that is essential to enhance knowledge in application and im-
plementation of management system certification required by both the industrial and service
sectors of the country.
Ind-Expo has also implemented the “Crowns for Food Hygiene” (CFFH) scheme with few Munici-
pal Councils in Sri Lanka, with the assistance of UNIDO, which is a grading scheme developed
based on the international best practices.
Ind-Expo is empowered to deliver the training programmes of Chartered Institute of Environ-
mental Health, United Kingdom (CIEH-UK) in Sri Lanka at a subsidized rate, which is affordable to
Sri Lankans. Moreover Ind-Expo has obtained the registration as a training centre from Tertiary
and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), Sri Lanka to conduct recognized training pro-
grammes by them.

Training
Ind-Expo has the capacity to deliver the training programmes on Food Safety, Environmental
Management, Occupational Health & Safety and other related areas. Ind-Expo conducts two (02)
types of training programmes viz. CIEH accredited training programmes and tailor made training
programmes as per the requirements of the client. Wide range of programmes will be provided
to the industry through seminars, workshops, and in-house training programmes.
Our programmes would suit the expectations and requirements of industry from top manage-ment to the grass root levels or operatives. In order to provide the above training services, Ind-Expo has a panel of trainers trained by UNIDO and who are experts and competent to deliver the training in the relevant field.
