Embracing of diversity…
A diverse team is one in which every member is valued, regardless of their age, gender, race,
religion, disability, sexual orientation, or personal beliefs (so long as they do not contradict these
corporate values as a whole).
There are sound business arguments in favour of recruiting and developing a workforce which
represents the communities in which the organisation operates. We recognise this, and also the moral

and ethical imperatives surrounding this important issue. We champion diversity in all levels of our
organisation.
