o 15 separate locations across County Durham and Darlington

o Different shift patterns

o Staff providing emergency response

• Cost implications of attending training

Challenges Faced• None of our winter warmth / fuel poverty referrals have

resulted in a positive outcome for the household.

• All of our other referrals have resulted in positive outcomes (% varies).
