太古不瘦降之謎 太古堂的食宵文化已植根在舍堂每個角落。晚上練完波,開完會之後與堂友食宵吹水當然是賞心樂事,但持之以恒的話就很容易中了不瘦降,意指逐漸變得心廣體胖,體重高企不下。但吊詭的是,有食宵團的中堅份子,雖密密食宵,但體重卻沒有太大變化,到底究竟是食宵令人肥胖,抑或另有原因?今次我們找來PeterPoon,陳總,啊林和Mario來探討這個不瘦降之謎。

PeterPoon相信大家都看過basketballinterhall的海報,那雄偉的背影就是現時的PeterPoon,不少堂友都表示他住hall一年後身形走樣。究竟有什麼原因令到一個又打籃球又打壘球的運動高手也敵不過「住hall必肥」的宿命﹖

問:你住hall前有幾重﹖住hall之後又重了多少﹖潘:住hall前大概70kg,宜家有72kg,只係重左2kg。問:你認為點解自己會肥左﹖潘:住HALL太夜訓,又成日食宵,所以就肥左。問:你有冇食宵的習慣?潘:有呀,M記呀杯麵之類。問:你認為你住hall的生活習慣健唔健康?潘:唔健康,訓唔定時,食唔定時,食既野又唔健康問:對有人話你住hall之後肥左好多,你有咩回應?潘:我有一排瘦左又唔見你地發現!

從訪問結果得知導致住hall致肥得主因就係夜訓同食宵,就連勤做運動的PeterPoon也在所難免!!!最後補充一點,其實PeterPoon都只係重左2kg咁多,以後唔好話佢肥啦。

陳總Q: 你由入呵到而家肥左幾多呀?A: 無磅到...應該都幾多下Q: 點解會肥左咁多呢?A: 因為成日食宵,尤其是考試同開會果排,成日食M。Q: 有無人話你肥左?A: 有,莊友。Q: 咁你點睇佢地對你既評價?A: 嗯……雖然有點HARSH,但都是事實。Q: 你覺得你自己運動量夠唔夠?A: 唔夠呀,想做運動同埋食少D宵減肥,不過自己Deter-mination唔夠,所以咪failed囉。Q: 你覺得肥左有D咩唔方便呀?A: D舊衫唔O岩著囉,同埋難買新衫。Q: 關於體重管理你有咩想同Swirian分享?A: 呃……唔好食咁多宵啦各位。

原來開會和溫書是令人想食宵的主因,各位堂友真的要節制節制一下啦。再看看其他堂友怎樣看這「不瘦降之謎」

林:住hal l第一年大概重了十磅,尢其是sem2時肥得特別多,做運動時比以前辛苦了和慢了,著衫都緊左。肥的原因主要係夜訓而有水腫,而且食野唔定時,每日只吃兩餐,十點鐘起身,下午四點先食第一餐,晚上經常食宵,所以體重穩步上揚。Swir ians大多數過左一年都有增磅,Prince都係肥左少少,都係一個正常既增幅。Freshman晚睡早起,有健康既飲食(M記?:P),注重體重,係P2可以得閒磅下。

源:四樓整體黎講都算肥左架,因為多人打softball,softball成日都練到好夜,冇時間食正餐。練習完就食M記,所以營養吸收比較好,而且食宵可以吹下水,講人是非,聯下誼。

但點解有D堂友食極都唔會肥呢?

我地今次找了Mario和我們做一個訪問。

Q:成日聽人講話住左hall之後會肥,但係點解你住左三年都無肥過既?A:通常都係女仔先會肥架喎,男仔好多時都係會瘦架。Q:咁你平時係咪打好多波做運動所以就無咁肥?A:我有打Volley同Squash,得閒就去其他team練下啦。Q:但係練完波之後一齊食野都好易肥架喎。A:練完波通常都係十點半,唔算好夜,不過我好多時唔食早餐囉!Q:唔食早餐?我唔得架。A:好多人都唔得架,不過我一起左身就要去上堂,食唔到早餐。Q:咁你覺得Swire入面邊個係肥得最多呢?A:我通常都係留意我樓友,阿林算瘦左,同firm左架喇,肥得最多算係大Pat啦!

後記綜合幾位堂友意見,晚睡早起的生活習慣,長時間開會和溫書,增加了堂友食宵的衝動。住HALL晚睡在所難免,但食宵的習慣卻可以自我調節。另外,運動量多少亦都會影響能量的消秏。如果你食宵食多了,做多一點運動也可以幫你減減磅的。各位太古人真的要多注意自己的體重管理,不要變成肥仔肥女呀!
