Swing Check Valve
The Micro�nish SCV2000 series, API 6D Swing Check Valve is a rugged piece of piping equipment, designed for use in systems
where protection against reverse �ow is required. The SCV2000 is a full port design which is optimally designed for use in
severe corrosive application such as salt water disposal, CO2 enhanced oil recovery, water desalination plant, and other
isolation applications in the process industry.
In the standard operation condition the SCV2000 demonstrates extremely high �ow capacity and minimum pressure drop.
The SCV2000 is designed for horizontal or vertical installation on pumps, boosters, and �ltration systems, providing a quiet
closure in the closed condition, and bubble tight sealing capabilities.

High �ow capability
The SCV2000 valve is designed for use in system whereprotection against in-line reverse �ow is required.
The force of the stream swings the disc out of the �owpath, allowing the �uid to pass through the valve withminimal pressure drop. Once the direction of �ow isreversed, the disc weight, along with the force of thereversed �ow, will cause the disc to swing into the flowpath, and force it to seal tightly against the seat.
The length of the SCV2000 is designed to allow installationin small and narrow systems, between two �anges of shortspacing.
Size: DN50 – DN300, NPS 2 – 12Pressure range: Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500
0 0 0 0Temperature range: - 40 C / - 40 F and up to 425 C / 800 F
