I. Introduction: the Fifth Horizon of Networked Innovation

How can you capitalize on the disruption that blockchain is introducing into the global

financial system? What are the risks and opportunities that this new technology represents? What roles can each of government, academia and private industry play in shaping the new future that blockchain can enable?
