“Snow Blows,” Kevin Powell says jokingly. “All this bad weather has made it impossible for us to get shipments of inventory. In the past few months we’ve been selling carslike they’re going out of style.”saysPowell. “I’m not about to let the bad weather slow us down so I’m forced to do something drastic in order tokeep inventory levels high and main-
tain momentum.”Whacky winter weather across
the nation has stalled car sales for many car dealers just when things started looking up for the downtrod-den industry.
Heavy snowfall across the coun-try has grounded vehicle shipments and left dealers in a lurch. The unusual weather has also kept dealers from be-
ing able to travel to auto auctions to replenish their vehicle stock.
Surry County dealers have not been spared but one local dealer isn’t taking the problem lying down. Kevin Powell, owner of Foothill Ford sayshe’s up for the challenge and isn’t going to let a silly thing like snow steal his momentum.
Dealership’s Loss Is Your Gain
Kevin Powell is bound and determined to sell cars (and get cars) even if that means losing some money to keep the momentum going and to make sure his staff stays busy.
“My grand plan to get fresh inven-tory despite the logjam at the auction will benefit you and the community in a big way,” Powell explains. “I’m going to pay off anyone’s trade no matter how much they owe. This is the only way I can think of to get the cycle flowing.”
It doesn’t matter what make or model you’re driving or how old the vehicle is. It doesn’t matter how many payments you have left. Vehicles are needed and dealership personnel are pulling out all the stops to keep the in-ventory levels at a normal level.
It’s a bold move and an amaz-
ing opportunity only available for
the next 20 days at Foothill Ford.
Foothill Ford will pay off your trade regardless of your payoff amount. This makes it the perfect time
for you to upgrade to a nicer, newer vehicle and it puts more cars on Foot- hill Ford’s lot. And he looks at it as the ultimate win/win scenario.
“Is it the best option for us? No,” says Powell. “In fact we’ll probablytake a loss on some of the cars wepay off but it’s better than losing momentum and having a lot that looks empty which we know will drive away customers.”
Powell assures us that there areplenty of vehicles to choose from right now. But he doesn’t want hisinventory to get so depleted that thedealership looks bare because that’sbad for business.
Winter Weather A Blessing For Credit Challenged Buyers
Powell says that credit chal-lenged buyers can thank Jack Frost for a better than ever chance of being approved for a nicer, newer vehicle.
“Due to this weird weather we’re doing what ever it takes to continue to sell cars. I’m pulling out all the stops and cashing in all my favors with the banks and lending institutions. I’ve pre-notified them that I’m going to need their help to keep the momentum up and they are willing to help. My ‘For The People Credit Approval Pro-gram’ will be in full swing,” explains Powell.
The “For The People Credit Ap-proval Program” is a program that’s only available at Foothill Ford. It’sa consumer focused credit approvalprocess that takes the person into consideration not just their financial statistics.
“It’s the personal approach to lending that so many financial insti-tutions have forgotten about. I’ve put humanity back in the credit process and it’s working amazingly well for us. I believe if you take care of people,
they’ll take care of you. That’s why my ‘For The People Credit Approval Program’ works when everyone else can’t get the job done,” boasts Powell.
The Snow Will Eventually Be
Gone And So Will This Amazing Opportunity
Bad credit or good, Powell is making it hard to resist the temptation to get out of your old car and into a nicer, newer one. They are ready to pay off your old car no matter how much you own on it. Perhaps the old saying is true, even a snow cloud has a silver lining.
Because of the nature of this
exclusive opportunity Powell ex-pects that he’ll be successful andmomentum will actually increase. He suggests scheduling a test drive by calling 1-888-340-8385 orvisit Foothill Ford in PilotMountain.
Kevin Powell is a Dealer for the People and a Consumer Advocate. Powell is the author of several consumer guides on car buying.
“Bad winter weather has halted the delivery of cars to dealerships around the country. Local dealership Foothill Ford is offering to pay off your current loan or lease in an effort to maintain inventory levels. Call 1-800-340-8385 to make an appointment or visit Foothill Ford in Pilot Mountain.
