USA Expansion:• In 2016 Superkombat will make it’s debut into the USA market

which will provide premium sports events and attract a new audience.

• We have selected a strategic partner to support our effort by partering with Mr. Richy Miranda – Cortese, the President of Miranda-Cortese & Sphere, San Juan. As venue operator and promoter the most notable projects have been the Operation of the Roberto Clemente Stadium, staging in various occasions international massive events as Caribbean Baseball Series (200,000 persons) and “El Dia Nacional de La Salsa” (45,000 persons).

• He orchestrate the first ever UFC event in Puerto Rico and out of the US, that made Government create new law allowing the event presentation locally. The initiative led to the creation of a new industry nonexistent.

• Mr. Miranda-Cortese is teaming up International Broadcasters, Content Providers and Hispanic Broadcasters thru in order to maximize all efforts of the opportunities in the expanding Digital Television Grid and the Hispanic Advertising and Media Market.

Concept:

• Eduard Irimia now has a new challange to discover under the same formula heroes around the world, exposing the road to the new heroes in touch with their life as drama, family, friends, hobbies, motivation, investors and sponsors are suporting them.

• The 2016 season will be the most challenging TV series ever produced in the martial arts events globally. Beside the existing fighters in the circuit, Superkombat President Eduard Irimia followed by celebrities and superstars from different disciplines including the fighting industry, will storm the world to select the best prospects for the biggest heavy weight elimination system available on tv around the world under the concepts: Superkombat Academy, Superkombat New Heroes and Superkombat World Grand Prix series.

Try Outs Series around the world: • The selection will start from the level of millions of sports practicants available in our tv and

media promotion reach, martial arts, kung fu, boxing, karate, kick boxing, rugby, american football, australian football, from thousands of registrations and aplicants, hundreds selected from try outs and selections, only 64 will get the ticket for the road to the premium events.

• For each event we will have invited minimum a famous fighter or a celebrity to atract the media and as location we can use private or public spaces as gyms, supermarkets, outdoor or indoor.

• The event can take place in 1 day for each location and will be followed by our TV crew for the Superkombat Academy reality TV show.

Schedule:February - August for 2016 season• The locations for this events will be around the world, starting from USA and all around the

globe including Europe, Central America, South Africa, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia.September - December for 2017 season• TV coverage in Superkombat Academy reality world series global TV stations.

New Heroes Series: • The 64 fighters selected in global Try Outs will fight for their entrance in the premium part of

the World Grand Prix series in different events organized separately or in the same day with WGP series.

• The new fighters discovered have the mission to win a fight in a dramatic elimination for their future appearance in the premium events of World Grand Prix.

• Minimum 4 fights will be organized for each event on Heavyweight Division, in some cases the fighters eliminated will get a second chance for other future eliminations.

TV Coverage : • Fightbox TV and different national TV stations globally will broadcast Superkombat Academy

TV series following the fighters in their evolution.Schedule :• 26 March, 7 May, 25 June and 30 July - Elimination for 2016 season• 1 October and 12 November - Elimination for 2017 season

Superkombat World Grand Prix series (starting time must be 09:00 PM CET - Paris):• The 32 qualified heavy weights will battle in the World Grand Prix series during the year under

the format of 6 World Grand Prix until the big final where only one fighter will be crowned the Super Champion.

Fightcard format for World Grand Prix series:• In the first 4 WGP series of the season Superkombat will host 4 elimination for heavy weights

in each event and will result 16 winners qualified for the Final Elimination. Beside the eliminations in each event, the fightcard will have a four men World Grand Prix tournament at different weight categories and also 1 World Title.

1 october - Final Elimination:• The 16 fighters qualified will battle in 8 direct superfights where the 8 winners will be qualified

for the biggest event of the year. 12 november - Final World Grand Prix:• The last event will feature 8 tournament in one night elimination to discover the one winner

crowned as Superchampion; One story to become a dream for the others.
