He's an asset to our family here at Cranberry Landing and we want to make sure everyone gets a chance to let him know know how much he means to us. Make sure you come by to see what he and Evan have cooked up for us in their Watermark University class on Friday, August 9th at 2:30 in the Balcony Garden Lounge where we'll learn all about Savory Summer Foods! Scrum-diddly-umptious! There's always something new to learn! Why limit ourselves to the geniuses we already are? Learning is fun and keeps our minds sharp. It also gives us great conversations and experiences! If you're looking to exercise those brains, be sure to make it to any or all of our Watermark University classes each month. Have you ever wanted to share your own expertise on a certain subject? Perhaps you may not know where you'd begin? Feel free to ask anyone from the Community Life team and they can assist you in any way you need. There's always room for more teachers and more classes. Even if you don't want to teach and you have suggestions, just let Jenni, Alicia, Breezy or Gianna know and they'd be happy to help anytime! Once each month of summer we have a special entertainer come out and throw a bash with us. We have snacks and dancing and lots of laughter! This summer so far, we've had a Hawaiian party with special guest DJ Chuck Argento and a wild and super fun performance by the very talented Montage! Our last concert of the summer series will feature one of our very favorite entertainers, Daniel Henry- also known as "Shiny Shoes"! He always puts on one really great show! Make sure you come out to enjoy his amazing musical stylings for our last concert of the series on Friday August 23rd at 6:30pm! See you there! Summer Concert Series! Did you know that there are health benefits to decluttering? Getting rid of things that you no longer need can make paths clearer and safer for you to walk through. It can also have a positive effect on your mental health. When you're home is tidy you're likely to invite people over to visit more often. Socializing prompts interactions that can help alleviate feelings of depression and isolation. A study at Indiana University showed that people with clean houses are healthier than those with messy homes. It's OK to hang on to belongings that are near and dear to you. But for items that don't hold sentimental or functional value, kick-start a decluttering mission today so you can enjoy a tidier, safer home tomorrow. Path to Well-Being July was such a fun month! We had lunch at Cracker Barrel, got fit with some fun "Mystery Exercises", got to make our own beautiful bracelets with Alicia and her wonderful mom, we made magic with Breezy and did a group project together too! We're always excited to try new things! To wrap up the end of July's fun we made a visit to Power's Farmers Market and it was amazing! We got to have slushies that made our tongues blue and enjoyed fresh pastries. We hand fed many animals including a mini horse, a donkey, goats, sheep, baby deer and even alpacas! We had a blast! There were tractor rides and scavenger hunts around the farm and everyone got some fresh air! We ended the day with a little shopping in the market and bought some juicy peaches and yummy grapes to share. We're sad to see July go but we're excited to welcome August! Happy Summer everyone! The Gardens

There's always a few things

we look forward to in the

summer and one of those

things is our Annual Summer

Concert Series! Once each

month of summer we have a

special entertainer come out

and throw a bash with us. We

have snacks and dancing and lots of laughter! This summer so far,

we've had a Hawaiian party with special guest DJ Chuck Argento

and a wild and super fun performance by the very talented

Montage! Our last concert of the summer series will feature one of

our very favorite entertainers, Daniel Henry- also known as "Shiny
