COVER ART & PHOTOGRAPHY: The Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission features a local artist’s work on the cover of each Quarterly Program Guide. If you are an artist and would like to submit digital files, slides, or photos of your artwork, please send them via regular mail (attn: Marketing - Cover Art) and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for their return. Artwork is also viewed via email at [email protected]. We do not pay for cover artwork, but we do publish a short bio of the artist with information on how he/she can be contacted. The selected artist also receives a Gold Pass, which provides vehicular entry into eight Charleston County Parks for an entire year.

PROGRAM REGISTRATION Advance registration is required for most programs and many fill up quickly. Please register early! Where indicated, chaperones are required and must be registered and pay fees. Programs may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met.

WEATHERMany CCPRC activities are held in outdoor settings. In general, these activities are held rain or shine. Please plan accordingly and be prepared for anticipated conditions.

Steve DuPree Jr. is a life long resident of the lowcountry. He is married to his lovely wife Kathy He is the father of two children, Nicole and Tripp, and the grandfather his grandson, Tate. When Steve started photography as a hobby, he knew right away that landscape photography was to be his pursuit. His desire is to capture the beauty of the place we get to call home, and share it with as many people as possible.
