# Things to cover:• Provide inputs from Practitioners to students

• Expose the Practitioners to the profile of studentsKnow the Profile of studentsExplore the possibilities of collaboration for internship and placement
• Bridge the divide between the World of Studies and the World of WorkRelate theory to practiceProvide an understanding to the students of real life situations
# Things to remember while organizing GL:• TP to share quarterly plan including following information with State Govt. (RMSA), 1 week in
advance from the beginning of next quarterTopics to be covered (adhering to lesson plan)Organization details from where GL to be sourcedGuest Lecturer details - profiles
• No Guest Lecturer to be repeated (invited twice) within a span of at least 2 months in the sameschool for same trade
# Payment methodology to Guest Lecturer:• TPs to organize for GL• Payment towards Guest Lecturer for the sessions may be routed through Principals I HMs of
respective schools• RMSA may share the funds for conducting GL with the Principals, at least for 3 months in
advance• On completion of each GL, Principal! HM may make the necessary payments (honorarium) to
Guest Lecturers by E- p~ym.oyd.• A receipt of the check may b~ recorded by Principal! HM, for submission to RMSA as UC
