Suggested Retail: $5 and up Materials: 1 plastic ice cream cup with spoon 1 5” latex balloon, pearl pink 1 red 160q balloon Pieces of assorted color 160 balloons (sprinkles) Metal washer or fishing weight Assorted wrapped candies HI-FLOAT Glue dots Hot glue Instructions: • Hot glue spoon to front of ice cream cup. • Place candy inside cup, leaving room for balloon. • Cut up asst. color 160 balloons into small pieces. • Air inflate five-inch balloon to size (approx. four inches) • Tie washer onto neck of balloon. • Cover outside of balloon with HI-FLOAT. • Sprinkle 160 pieces onto balloon to resemble “sprinkles.” • Leave open space on top for cherry. • Set balloon onto cup and allow drying. Ice Cream Dreams • Inflate red 160 to approx. one inch. • Remove remainder of balloon and tie ends together to form cherry. • Glue dot cherry to top of dry balloon to finish.
