The power of the Blue Prism ecosystem comes from the strength and diversity of our Blue Prism Partners. So, each year, we host our Blue Prism Partner Excellence Awards to celebrate the partners who’ve done the most to move our ecosystem forward over the past 12 months. The awards program is the perfect platform for you to showcase your expertise and success in delivering intelligent automation capabilities that digitally transform how organizations operate, compete, and innovate.

This year, we’re taking the competition to the next level by adding five new global awards and a twist to some of our regional awards. Now, you must first win in the regional category to be considered for a global award. In addition, we have added a Partner Excellence Award (Customer Choice) that customers can nominate partners in each region, to be received during Blue Prism Partner Forum 2021. Check out section 4 for details about all the available categories.

The submission period is open from February 1, 2021, through to February 28, 2021, for all Blue Prism partners. All submissions are judged by senior Blue Prism intelligent automation experts.

So why should you enter the awards?

Section 3: How to Compile Your Entries for a Best Shot at Winning

The following steps must be considered and completed for each entry and in all categories:

• Submit your award entry by the deadline, February 28, 2021

• Pick your category(ies) carefully

• Tell a story: narratives are more powerful and compelling than plain facts

3.1 - Use our online submission/award management portal, Award Force You can save your work on Award Force and return to it later. Press submit when you are ready.

3.2 - Word count There is no word count, however we advise you to keep submissions concise and focus on the key points. You may add attachments if applicable.

3.3 - Be concise and use evidence Your entry should explain the facts in straightforward terms, with data and evidence to back up key points. Metrics are always powerful, and our judges love them!

We understand that sharing data can sometimes make you (or your internal affairs team) a bit nervous, so please don’t forget to mark potentially sensitive information as “confidential.”

3.4 - Attachments and supporting material

You are welcome to include graphs, photos and any other supporting material that you feel could boost your entry, such as a website URL or videos. You can do this on the attachments section of the online submission portal. Caption all your attachments and reference them in your main text to make it easy for judges to find.

This partner has devoted considerable time and resources to ensure certification and excellence, delivering value to customers at every stage along their intelligent automation and digital transformational journey.

5. Technology Alliance Program Premier Partner of the Year Award

The Technology Alliance Program Premier Partner of the Year Award recognizes the solution from a Premier TAP partner that significantly extends the reach of the Blue Prism solution to more customers through more partners. Additionally, this award recognizes the go-to-market partnering efforts undertaken with Blue Prism to launch the partnership, drive awareness of the joint solution to partners and customers, and addressing more opportunities together. In short, this award recognizes a shining example that we are truly better together.


6. Business Solution Award (TAP + Delivery)

The partner that wins this award has created the most impactful solution, which includes Blue Prism as the platform for delivering a replicable business outcome within a specific sector, industry, or functional area.


7. Partner Innovation Award

This category honors a partner who has demonstrated innovation by enabling Blue Prism customers to embed AI and complimentary technologies, including cloud, analytics and cognitive. This partner also demonstrates an ability to help customers realize the true benefits Blue Prism can deliver now, but also lay the foundation for what AI and other technologies, coupled with Blue Prism, can bring in the future.


8. Cloud Provider Partner of the Year

This global award is for the TAP cloud partner who has demonstrated the greatest positive impact on the strength of Blue Prism’s ecosystem and our customers deployed in the public cloud. This partner has engaged with Blue Prism to drive joint investment, go-to-market strategies and enablement to the benefit of our mutual partners and customers.

9. AI and Cloud Innovation Solution of the Year

This global award is for the partner who has demonstrated the greatest positive impact to a client’s business through the innovative use of artificial intelligence and/or machine learning. This partner has engaged with their client to leverage the Blue Prism platform and AI skills to deliver truly transformative results in the public cloud.

5.1 Judging Criteria

Specific judging criteria will apply to each category, with judges scoring in accordance with the criteria. Any ties will be broken by the head judge.

5.2 How To Win Over the Judges

• Hit the high points: Think of your application as an executive-level summary or report. You want to communicate strategy and process to guide the judges through your story, with enough meaningful detail to assess impact, but don’t make it a forensic post-op.

• Metrics: Be as specific as possible about business outcomes and impact. Use percentages, fractions and multiples to give a sense of scale where company policy prohibits exact figures, e.g., x% faster, halved delivery times, doubled ROI, record customer satisfaction scores, etc.)
