STORYBOARD – FIRST DRAFT ‘Say you love me’ Jessie

Ware

Page 2: Storyboard – first draft

This is the first page of my storyboard. For the post-it notes that are

together I plan to change the opacity

levels for each layer so that you can see two different shots at one

time. This gives my video a stylistic

element. Although it says similar things on each post-it I plan to

take lots of similar but different and unique

shots to use.

This is the second page of my storyboard, I plan to use some POV

shots from the artist perspective and I also plan to use close ups

of the artists face without the

microphone in order to show emotion. I

think by using the POV shots it shows

creativity and it also switches the point of

video during the video, keeping the viewers

interested.

This is the third page of my storyboard. I have decided to use moving shots such

as dolly shots and arc shots. These are

conventional for music videos so I feel that it will

help vary the shot type within my video.

Towards the end of the video, I plan to have a montage of

shots that are similar to those that have

been seen in the music video at the start. I

have chosen to do this because it helps to round the video off

nicely. I have decided to use a fade to black

at the end as I feel it is the best way to end

the video.
