Stokvis Connection A/S er grundlagt i 1998.Den oprindelige forretnings-idé var lige til – at skabe en virksomhed bygget på god og kunde-venlig service. Efter få år opstod behovet for mere plads. Både til personalet og i høj grad til at kunne vise de mange, interessante produkter og løsninger frem, som vi løbende udarbejdede for vores kunder. Derfor flyttede virksomheden i 2001 til de nuværende lokaler i Hedehusene vest for København.

Siden da er det for alvor gået stærkt. Kunde-porteføljen er vokset betragteligt og vi er blevet udfordret på vores service, viden og lysten til at skabe de mest attraktive løsninger for vores kunder. Og med stor succes.

I dag er Stokvis Connection en levende og in-novativ virksomhed, som er med til at sætte dagsordenen i branchen. Der er sket meget siden vi åbnede i 1998, men servicen er stadig i højsædet.

Stokvis Connection A/S was founded in 1998. The original business idea was straight-forward – to create a company based on good and customer friendly service. After a few years there was a need for more space. Both for the staff and also to show of the many interesting products and solutions that we continuously made for our customers. So in 2001 the company moved to the current location in Hedehusene west of Copenhagen.

Since then things have really started happen-ing. The customer base has grown considerably and we have been challenged on our service, our knowledge and our desire to create the most attractive solutions for our customers. And with ensuing success.

Today Stokvis Connection is a living, innovative company which participates in setting the agenda in the business. A lot has happened since we started in 1998, but the service is still paramount.

Magic of The Far East

Gennem mange år har vi opbygget et netværk af gode samarbejdspartnere og producenter i Østen.

Vi stiller store krav til vores samar- bejdspartnere, som vi kvalitets checker ud fra vores Code Of Con-duct - hvor vores etiske retningslinier er beskrevet. Det giver tryghed for at service og kvalitet er i orden og time-lines overholdes. Samtidig er priserne meget konkurrencedygtige i forhold til det danske marked.

Specielt profilbeklædning og promo-tionartikler kan med fordel produceres i Østen, men også golfartikler, elek-tronik og eksempelvis skindvarer er produkter som er relevante at pro-ducere i Østen.

Vores erfaring viser, at en normal lev-eringstid er ca. 3 måneder, men vores stærke netværk og gode samarbejds-aftaler gør, at vi ofte har mulighed for at nedjustere leveringstiden til gavn for vores kunder.

For many years we have built up a network of good partners and manu-facturers in the Far East.

We put a lot of demands on our part-ners which we quality control based on our Code of Conduct – our ethical guidelines. That ensures that the service and quality are in order and that deadlines are met. At the same time the prices are very competitive compared to the Danish market.

Especially workwear and promotional articles can be manufactured in the Far East at an advantage, but also golf articles, electronics and for example skins and furs are products that are relevant to manufacture in the Far East.

Our experience shows that a normal delivery time is about 3 months, but our strong network of good partner agreements means that we can often make the delivery shorter for the benefit of our customers.

Golf bliver af mange betragtet som virksomhedens eksterne mødelokale. Mange virksomheder benytter sig af golfarrangementer som en kombi-nation af kundepleje, netværk og markedsføring. We supply e-shops that are created according to the individual customer’s needs. Among others that includes employee shops with benefits for the staff, loyalty shops that reward con-nected users, and Logistics shops that administer our customers’ merchandise.

Stokvis Connection is unique in its field. We deliver everything from brand articles to specially produced articles. Besides that we also develop and own the software that manages everything.

From our 1,800 m2 Logistics Centre we stock and package all shipments that can be followed all over the world with an advanced track & trace functionality. Here we also focus on service, and so all our shops are

connected to the Service Centre under Stokvis Connection.

Here the user can contact us either via Live Support or Call Centre.

Lindpro all the way

Når en opgave skal løses fra A-Z er kunsten at sætte sig i kundens sted, afkode behov og ønsker for til sidst at tilføre opgaven viden og kreativitet. Stokvis Connection har mange års erfaring i den diciplin, og det blev omsat til succes med virksomheden Lindpro.

Udfordringen bestod i at levere promotionartikler med ny linie. Efter en indledende dialog hos Lindpro, leverede Stokvis Connection grafisk oplæg på de ønskede produkter. Det grafiske arbejde blev justeret og materialet blev løbende godkendt. Herefter blev produk-tionen sat i gang.

Sikker projektledelse og tæt samarbejde med leverandøren, sikrede produkter til tiden og inden for budget. Resultatet blev leveret i emballage efter Lindpros ønske til lageret hos Stokvis Connection. Lindpro kan fremover styre lageret via online-værktøjer udviklet af Stokvis Connection. Alt originalmateriale opbevares hos Stokvis Connection, så genbestilling ikke er nogen udfordring.

When a task has to be solved from A-Z the art is to put yourself in the customer’s shoes, decode needs and requests and then add knowl-edge and creativity. Stokvis Connection has many years’ experience in that area and that was successfully put into practice with the com-pany Lindpro.

The challenge was to supply promotional articles with a new line. After the initial dialogue at Lindpro, Stokvis Connection delivered graphic proposals for the requested products. The graphic work was adjusted and the material was continuously approved. Then produc-tion started.

Secure project management and close collaboration with the supplier ensured products on time and within budget. The result was delivered at the warehouse at Stokvis Connection in packaging requested by Lindpro. Lindpro can then control the stock with online tools devel-oped by Stokvis Connection. All original material is stored at Stokvis Connection, so a reorder is no challenge.
