Origin of the Assessment
Parette Sojmen Architects (PSA) was retained to conduct a building condition assessment of all the Bloomfield Public Schools and Board of Education Office. The analysis was conducted through a visual survey and an analysis of the existing LRFP (Long Range Facility Plan) for every school during the 2014 summer recess. PSA was escorted by each school’s head custodian to highlight concerns throughout each facility.
