- Triaged every single COVID admission and admitted a significant proportion of them

- Organized the resources of the DOM to stand up 13 COVID teams (at peak of COVID) caring for up to 220 patients in 7 geographically organized units, going from 1 COVID team to 13 COVID teams in 6 weeks

- Organized the draw down to current state of 3 COVID teams, staffed by hospitalists only.
