(b) A resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement with the Alabama Fire College and Personnel Standards Commission. II. MOTIONS (a) A motion to approve a Master Plan Development for the new Wells Fargo Bank located at 1000 Quintard Avenue. (b) A motion to appoint Kemp & Associates, CPA PC to audit the financial information of the City of Anniston for the period ending September 30, 2012, with the option for administration to renew the engagement to provide auditing services for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2013 and September 30, 2014.
