Dear Families,
As we come to the end of another term, I would like to thank all families for their on-going support, particularly over the last two weeks by attending Parent-Teacher interviews. I would also like to acknowledge again, the work that our teachers do in planning the teaching and learning for their class as well as preparing the mid-year reports and making themselves available for interviews. I take this opportunity to wish all children and families a relaxing and enjoyable break.

Walkathon Update
All money and sponsorship cards should be returned to school by Friday 6th July. Updates of our fundraising tally will be notified at our Monday afternoon assemblies.
Thank you again for your support of our school and your generosity in fundraising and donating money.
Canteen Roster Thank you to the following parents who will be working in our canteen this week. We appreciate the time and effort you give to our students. If you are unable to attend on your rostered day please contact Michelle on 0405 103 866
Please supply a second option when placing a lunch order this Friday due to low stock at the end of term. Thank you.
Cake Raffle Roster
Cake Raffle is held each Thursday morning. Check each fortnight to see if your child is rostered to supply a cake on this day. The cake can be homemade or purchased from the grocery store. Tickets are sold for 20c each. All proceeds go towards purchases for our library.
Afternoon Pickup
I would like to remind all families that the school expectation is that children who are not travelling home by bus are collected promptly at the end of the school day. While there are occasions when parents are running late (and we understand that this does happen), a courtesy call to the school office would be much appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. Cameron Lievore
Stage 2 Soccer Gala Day
Last Tuesday the Year 4 soccer teams attended the Parramatta Diocesan Soccer Gala Day at Jamison Park Penrith. The students had a wonderful day and really enjoyed the opportunity to represent our school . The girls team finished 3rd in their group with 3 wins, 3 draws and 1 loss. Well done girls. Our boys team was undefeated all day, winning their pool and they were very excited to take home a medal for their efforts. Congratulations boys! A big thank you to Mr Feneley for his assistance on the day. Mrs Buccini PE Teacher
Happy Birthday to the children celebrating their birthday over the next 2 weeks and during the holidays………………………………..

A wonderful day was shared by teachers, students and parents at our school Athletics Carnival held at Kurrajong. The children participated enthusiastically and all gave their very best. It was great to see their smiling faces as they spent the day having fun and enjoying being a part of their events. Thank you so much to all the parents who offered to assist and spent most of their day helping our carnival run smoothly. We really appreciate all your assistance and the carnival could not run without you. Thank you also to the Bede Polding students also stepped up and were a great help at their allocated events. Mrs Saliba, Mrs Portelli and the canteen team did an amazing job organising and serving hot dogs to the students. Well done ladies! Thankfully the sun was shining and the weather was kind to us, assisting with the success of our day and the enjoyment for all. Mrs Buccini Miss Gray PE Teacher Co-ordinator
