• Present briefly the state of SPP in Europe in terms of policy framework, implementation activities and monitoring
• Provide some examples along the way that might be of interest for their approach

• Croatia: SPP is one of the topics of the public procurement curriculum to be followed by employees of every legal body in Croatia that are obligated to follow the procedures of public procurements according to the Croatian Public procurement Act.
