The long-term County-wide need of a dog park will be met.

Walking trails are always a demand. One central building (restrooms) for

multiple facilities in location will be utilized.

Additional rental pavilions. Within walking distance for citizens,

over twice as many housing units than City Park.

Ability to incorporate fitness/training components for the Fire Department Headquarters.
