A TASTE OF CANTABRIA
INGREDIENTS
250gr. Butter250gr. Sugar250gr Flour5gr baking powder4 eggs
You also need some paper cases. They are easy to make
We start cooking
Put the butter in a bowl. Add the sugar and mix it well.
Then add the eggs one by one whisking at the same time.
In another bowl mix the flour and baking powder and then sieve it.
After that add the flour and baking powder to the butter, egg and sugar mixture. Mix it well until you have a soft dough.
Place this mixture carefully in a pastry piping bag.
Have the paper cases ready Pour the mixture in the paper cases, filling 2/3 of them.
Place the tray with the paper cases in a preheated oven and bake them at 190°C- 200° for 12 minutes.
When the sobaos have a golden colour, take them out of the oven and let them cool before eating them.
