We will explore the hidden qualities of the people who has that qualities but they did not have opportunity to explore.

STRENGTH It’s the only Organization that

provides such services. WEAKNESSES As our organization is financially

weak there for our org do not have professional and expert recruiters.

OPPERUNITIES Foreign and local funds will be

available for our organization because people are becoming more interested day by day.

THERATS Political instability.

Easy new entrance.

Competitive Analysis

No such competitors. No initial recruitment fee (have an

initial fee). Presently we are operating as a

monopoly org in the market.
