On January 24 th of this year, Matthew Rangvald Dueck made his entrance into this world. He had some breathing problems, but went home from the hospital after 8 days. Steve writes, “He hasn’t stopped providing us great joy to be parents.” They returned to Rome in March and went to Tallinn, Estonia, for a European staff conference. It was a time of renewing the vision of what God is doing in Europe. Many of the students with whom they work went as well. Steve helped an Estonian Christian learn how to witness. Steve says, “My prayer is that he continues to be a light to Estonians.” Other great news involved an Italian student, Virginia Macchioni, who came to the Lord through the ministry of the Duecks. She joined the staff of Agape Italia which makes her the first Italian to be hired in over 5 years. Pray that God would help her raise the support she needs as she strives to serve the Lord in Rome and pray for the Duecks as they continue to disciple her. Please pray that the Lord would be seen through the Duecks with every contact they make. Pray for the salvation of those Estonians who have been challenged to see Christ’s love and purpose. Steve asks for prayer that they would raise their child well and that God would guide them as they set direction for their mission team for the year. "We want to follow the Spirit’s leading and trust the Lord for big things.” STEVE & ALYSSA DUECK AND BABY MATT AGAPE ITALIA, ROME, ITALY
