This is a regional overview of Project 436: Koonung Creek. This bird’s eye view diagram illustrates the four key sections that a field worker may be assigned during their day.

Overview

Using SiteControl Lite, FHE can efficiently maintain assets, such as Trucks, Loaders and Excavators, as well as rotable inventory items, such as Blades and Mulchers. To measure performance and optimise maintenance operations, all maintenance costs and work history are tracked at the asset level.

There are many positions in FHE such as Strategic Asset Management, Control Systems Manager, Manager for the West Region and even contractors out in the field. Site Control Lite provides role-based user interfaces based on an employee’s responsibilities.

The vehicle checklist makes inspections quick, thorough and easy to use. Field employees follow a checklist structure to evaluate the different categories. If additional maintenance is require they can add comments and take pictures for every issue logged.

Work Orders are implemented for the planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks. Work orders include the identification of plant use, materials or consumables. Tasks provide the framework for activity within a Work Order.

Emergent Task

SiteControl Lite enables triggering of automatic alerts and notifications to appropriate personnel for initiating immediate remedial action, conducting a failure investigation, and identifying the root cause of a emergent task.

SiteControl Lite provides your employee’s with the necessary safety material to complete work orders. This can be applied to pre-planned work orders, such as routine or preventive maintenance work.
