Dogs in the Preferred program will run after dogs in the “A” classes in their corresponding jump height. Walk-throughs will be split at the discretion of the judges. FACILITY: The facility will be open at 7:00am each day of the trial. Food will be available on the grounds for purchase. Do not exercise your dogs near the entrances to the Max or on the shrubbery. Exhibitors and spectators are expected to keep the grounds clean. Handlers who do not clean up after their dogs will be dismissed from the trial with no monies refunded. SET-UP: The facility will be available for set up from 6:00pm – 8:00pm on Thursday 7/26 only after all rings are fully set (no crates, mats or space saving efforts will be permitted until the rings are fully set). If you would like to help unload equipment, please contact Kris Garra at [email protected]. Crating areas will be marked, and crating will only be permitted in designated areas. If necessary, you may be asked to reduce excess space with your neighbor. Crating space will be available in both rings and upstairs. WORKERS: Your worker coordinator is Kris Garra. The online sign up was emailed out on 7/15/12. If you did not receive the email with the information on how to sign up to work, please contact Kris at [email protected] . GRCI Exhibitor Gifts – Saturday and Sunday ONLY: On Saturday and Sunday exhibitor gifts from GRCI will be next to the check in table. Each exhibitor will receive a gift for each dog entered. The exhibitor gifts will be labeled and sorted by the handler’s last name. For handlers with multiple dogs entered, each package will contain the gifts for all the dogs entered under the handler’s name. Please remember to pick up your gift. ARMBANDS: If you did not note on your entry that you need to be measured, your armband will be available at the front desk as you enter the building, along with course maps and running orders for the day.
