The particular shape and size of the new hole make the substitution of the original antenna quite difficult. In order to solve this problem Calearo has developped a special adapter, which not only offers a perfect mechanical adaption, but also ensures full water resistance and prevents that the antenna rotates during installation. The antenna is also provided with a special fixing nut which, thanks to the particular shape of its fixing flaps, allows to fasten the antenna in the footholds under the car's roof In order to simplify the installation, all the cables are provided with FAKRA connectors, perfectly matching the original cables in the car. Thanks to the new line SHARK 2 for FCA it is possible to improve your vehicle's appearance, to solve problems related to measures or to add new functions in a safe and easy way. Calearo has created its new line SHARK 2 for FCA in order to guarantee a seamless integration, both mechanical and electrical, with the original hole and connectors used by Fiat Chrysler Automobilies since 2012.
The particular shape and size of the new hole make the substitution of the original antenna quite difficult. In order to solve this problem Calearo has developped a special adapter, which not only offers a perfect mechanical adaption, but also ensures full water resistance and prevents that the antenna rotates during installation. The antenna is also provided with a special fixing nut which, thanks to the particular shape of its fixing flaps, allows to fasten the antenna in the footholds under the car's roof
In order to simplify the installation, all the cables are provided with FAKRA connectors, perfectly matching the original cables in the car.
