• Glycerol and fatty acids• Types:– Saturated (consists of triglycerides)
– Unsaturated (capable of absorbing more than saturated)
– Cholesterol (waxy steroid)

PROTEINS
• complex organic macromolecules• Types:• Whey ( watery part of milk)
• Casein ( found in milk)
