The Setel Group began developing projects and activities for railway industries and national railways since 1991. During all these years the Setel group has applied, for the customers of the rail market, its own skills and experience of Integrated Logistic Engineering with particular reference to:

Today the Setel Group in an authoritative supplier of important railways industries such as ANSALDO BREDA and ANSALDO STS (FINMECCANICA Companies) for which we design and develop Logistic engineering activities particularly referred to the following fields:

1993 Design and development of 20 weeks of methodological and technical training courses for Multimedia instructional designer. These specialists were subsequently employed to develop Computer Based Training programs related to railway issues. We trained up to 120 Italian railways instructors.

1994 Design and development of the first Italian railways training interactive simulator, related to an ACEIT apparatus, used in the Digital Freight Yard System of Maddaloni-Marcianise.

1996 Design and development of the technical training system "Gubernator Viae Ferrate". It was based on an interactive CBT and a procedural simulator integrated with SGML technical documentation. With this system it was possible the management and delivery of advanced training programs flexibly oriented to the trainees requirements.
