Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the said Act, the Government of Goa hereby declares the said land and forests to be reserved forest with effect from the date of issue of this notification subject to the provision that the village named hereinafter shall have no rights as appearing in Annexure Form O (I) hereto/or enjoy no concession as mentioned in Annexures appended hereto.
