Consignment fees are $500 PLUS 10% commission. There will be a $500 Pass out fee. 2. The sale will be handled with a pass out option. Any animal that does not sell for at least $2000 will be an automatic “PASS OUT” and the animal will go back to the consignor forfeiting only his consignment fee. 3. All photos of consignments should be emailed to [email protected] for use in advertising and in the sales catalog. The catalog will feature a color photograph of each lot. Please make the extra effort to take a quality photo of your consignments. Remember that is the buyer’s first impression of your cattle and you need to make a positive impact. 4. Catalog advertising is available at $500 per full page. Ad design is included. 5. Please furnish separate health papers for each animal consigned to the sale. ALL FEMALE CATTLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 6-12 MONTHS OF AGE MUST BEEN OFFICALLY CALFHOOD VACINATED. Animals without OCV will NOT be accepted. All animals 12 months of age and over are required to have a negative tuberculosis test. All female cattle 18 months of age and over must be tested negative for Brucellosis. ALL TESTS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE SALE. Each health certificate should have the animal clearly identified by lot numbers, name, and private herd number. Please make certain that a licensed veterinarian palpates all breeding animals, or a blood test showing pregnancy status. Cattle 30 months of age and older must be pregnant or have calf at side. IT MUST BE STATED ON HEALTH CERTICIATE. 6. The terms and conditions of the sale include that all consigned cattle sold must have a 30 day negative Brucellosis TB. We are not only testing these cattle for entry into Texas but for interstate shipment after the sale. 7. Johnes test is not a requirement but highly recommended with a blood test.
