Contact Information: Parker Hannifin Corporation 1320 Orleans Drive Sunnyvale, CA 94089 Art Muir [email protected] parker.com/conditionmonitoring SensoNODE™ High-Strain Sensors provide the ability to monitor industrial equipment and processes for excessive strain, displacement or vibration. Parker’s High-Strain Sensors are soft, thin, conformable devices that can take accurate measurements and readings while being strained up to 100% for millions of cycles. Because sensors are made of a tough silicone rubber, they can withstand the harshest environments from heat, cold, and shock to dust, vibration and moisture. The SensoNODE High-Strain Sensor consists of one to two sensor strips mounted on the machine or asset being monitored, and either a SensoNODE Blue or SensoNODE Gold Strain Sensor Transmitter node, which enables continuous or diagnostic monitoring via Parker’s SCOUT™ condition monitoring and predictive maintenance software. SensoNODE ™ High-Strain Sensor Applications: Why SensoNODE High-Strain Sensor? Parker’s High-Strain Sensors can be used to measure strain, displacement or vibration in machines, vehicles, production lines, plants, and facilities. They are ideal for monitoring elastomer and other high-strain devices that are subject to overload or fatigue failure, such as air and fluid handling. Other applications can include: • Elastomer joints and seals • Conveyer systems • Linear actuators • Hydraulic accumulators • Mechanical effectors • Pneumatic cylinders • Ultra-high strain (up to 100%) • High accuracy, high precision • Conformable • Rapid response • Soft, thin, flexible, unobtrusive • Smart digital interface • Pre-calibrated output • Temperature compensated output
