This workshop will be organized and co-sponsored by the Korean Institute of Electromagnetic Engineering & Science(KIEES) and IEEE MTT-S Korea Chapter/ Japan Chapter/ Kansai Chapter/ Nagoya Chapter, and will be technically co-sponsored by the Electronics Society of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE). Topics Papers on all aspects of UHF, microwave and millimeter-wave theory and techniques are welcome. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to: 1. Passive Devices and Circuits 2. Others Paper Submission Authors are requested to submit papers according to the instructions given below. 1. All papers must be written in English. The paper should be an A4 two-page manuscript. Please follow the paper format of the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium Proceedings. 2. A separate cover sheet with the complete mailing address and E-mail address of the cor- responding author and a statement indicating the most appropriate topic from the topic list, needs to be prepared. 3. The author should submit a PDF file of the paper together with the separate cover sheet. All the fonts need to be embedded in the PDF file. Any scanned file is not permitted.
