• Assumed control of a printing business that was experiencing a negative cash flow and grew sales and profits by over 400% within a 2-year cycle.
• Developed and executed a marketing & communications strategy to win back over 1500 clients that were lost to the previous owner.
• Whilst at National Australia Bank (NAB), it became evident that the local corporate market was condensing, due to mergers and reduced risk appetite. To compensate for these events, I set about building the existing business and introduced new clients, raising the NAB’s profile and making it one of the top two night-desks in Australia. Furthermore, I adapted new risk management strategies including assisting in the new E-FX trading system; this change in strategy facilitated continuous profit. The budgets each year were increased to the actual of the previous year.
