school– T-1’s to DS-3’s for District Offices

• All Public Libraries (190) Connected– 30% T-1’s – 70% 64K

• ATM OC-3 connections in 4 major LATAs– 30/45 MBPS in Columbia– 10/15 MBPS in Charleston– 5/7.5 MBPS in other LATAs– 10/15 each for 3 major universities

• 28 direct T-1’s for other colleges, etc.– Moving toward ATM
